Senaki-Poti
In 2010 the construction of the Senaki-Poti section of the main gas pipeline was implemented within the first stage of the East- West Main gas Pipeline rehabilitation program. The aim of a DN700 and 30km long pipeline construction was to provide natural gas to Poti and enhance the development of Poti Free Industrial Zone.
Construction works were carried out by two contractor companies of GOGC - Saqhidro and Khidmsheni.
The project was funded by the United Stated Agency for International Development (USAID).
