Gas Transportation Company will carry out rehabilitation work on Tsiteli-Khidi-Tsalka-Alalstani main gas pipeline

Tender on the purchase of rehabilitation and construction works on an unfinished Tsiteli-Khidi-Tsalka-Alalstani 300MM main gas pipeline announced by GOGC completed. Georgian Gas Transportation Company, a subsidiary of GOGC was declared the winner in the tender. The winning company will carry out the rehabilitation work together with its sub-contractor New Energy. The project also envisages rehabilitation of different sections of existing gas pipelines as well as the construction of a 6- km long section.

After rehabilitation works are completed, gas can be supplied to Akhalkalaki region.

The agreement has already been concluded with the winning company.
